AD – Sponsored | “VVBETTER” kindly gifted me their skincare in exchange for an authentic review.

Treatment products are good when your skin is having problems that need addressing, but using them for long term can increase skin sensitivity. And that's why you need recovery routines to make your skin stronger. One way to do that is to add nourishing and hydrating products in your routine; skincare that you can use daily. That's where VVBETTER steps in. VVBETTER, a Korean cosmetics brand makes all-rounder products that are perfect for everyday use, because they are intended to fix universal issues of skin experienced by most consumers around the world while rejuvenating the skin with goodness. In this postDaily Skincare Routine with VVBETTER”, I will review four of their products – Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil, TECA Lifting Moisture Serum, TECA Lifting Moisture Cream, and Firming Eye Cream. I chose these products to address my acne concerns and firm the skin at the same time. I have dry, acne prone, and sensitive skin. So, see if the Korean skincare products would be relevant for you too.

VVBETTER Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil

VVBETTER Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil, 6.76 fl. oz. (200ml)

VVBETTER GENTLE DEEP CLEANSING OIL REVIEW

VVBETTER Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil, 6.76 fl. oz. (200ml), $27.99 is a deep cleansing oil made up of 80% plant derived oils. The 21 oils include sunflower and jojoba seed oil for cleansing and nourishing, squalane for hydration, and centella asiatica for soothing and repairing. It removes makeup, sunscreen, excess sebum, clears pores, and dissolves blackhead and whiteheads while keeping the skin hydrated and healthy.

VVBETTER cleansing oil is hypoallergenic, vegan, and organic.

It comes in bottle packaging with a pump, and has a shelf life of 12 months.

VVBETTER Cleansing Oil is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

VVBETTER Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil Ingredients:

Helianthus Annus Sunflower Seed Oil, Sorbeth-30 Tetraoleate, Sorbitan Oleate, Zea Mays (Corn) Gem Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Centella Asiatica Extract, Artemisia Absinthium Extract, Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract, Monascus Extract, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Cedrus Atlantica Bark Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Oil, Myrtus Communis Oil, Rose Flower Oil, Ferula Galbaniflua (Galnanum) Resin Oil, Camellia Sinensis Seed Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Torreya Nucifera Seed Oil, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate Copaifera Officinalis (Balsam Copaiba) Resin, Panthenol, Squalane, Niacinamide, Madecassoside, Ceramide NP, 1,2-Hexanediol, Limonene, Linalool.

How To Use VVBETTER Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil:

Take adequate amount of VVBETTER cleansing oil in hands and apply on dry face. Wet hands to emulsify the oil and massage. Rinse with warm water. Follow up with water based cleanser.

VVBETTER Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil Review:

VVBETTER Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil has a lightweight but a rich texture. On application it feels very nourishing on the skin. The oil glides nicely while massaging and removing makeup.

It is slightly fragrant. But the fragrance is light and has not bothered my sensitive skin so far. Although I do prefer not using fragrant skincare and this was the only downside I found in this product. But it does not compromise on performance. The oil cleanser clears away flakiness on my skin and feels effective in unclogging pores. My nose has blackheads but feels smooth after the massage. Although I have more whiteheads and after using VVBETTER cleansing oil, my skin feels clear and I can feel the whiteheads dissolving too.

Other than the natural oils with antioxidant properties in VVBETTER cleansing oil, it has some more beneficial ingredients such as centella asiatica, mugwort, and squalane that help to hydrate and regenerate skin. I also noticed that the oil removed my eye makeup and mascara effectively without stinging my eyes.

I usually don't wear makeup, so oil cleansers are not my need. But I love using it as a weekend spa treatment because it makes my skin feel really smooth. It does not make my skin feel dry or tight. I can easily say that I have had better experience with VVBETTER cleansing oil than the others I have previously used. I highly recommend VVBETTER cleansing oil for all skin types and for daily or weekly use.

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Serum

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Serum

VVBETTER TECA LIFTING MOISTURE SERUM REVIEW

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Serum, 1.01 fl. oz. (30ml), $35 is an intensive serum for a firmer, radiant looking skin. It contains powerful lifting complex with 8 types of peptides to lift and improve skin elasticity, and centella asiatica complex (TECA) to soothe and repair skin. It has ceramides and collagen to strengthen skin barrier; and vitamin C derivative and niacinamide for skin brightening. It is also fragrance free.

VVBETTER serum is recommended for all skin types including sensitive skin. It addresses fine lines and wrinkles, textured, dull and blemish prone skin.

It is packaged in a bottle with a dropper, and has a shelf life of 12 months.

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Serum Ingredients:

Purified Water, Methylpropanediol, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Niacinamide, Methylgluceth-20, Betaine, Pentylene Glycol, Centella Asiatica Extract, Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract, Laminaria Japonica Extract, Eclipta Prostrata Leaf Extract, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Soluble Collagen, Octyldodeceth-16, Carbomer, Tromethamine, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Xanthan gum, Adenosine, Disodium EDTA, Fructooligosaccharide, Beta-Glucan, Ceramide NP, Butylene Glycol, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Zinc PCA, Nonapeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Ascorbic Acid, Copper Tripeptide-1, Tripeptide- 1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Hexapeptide-9, Fragrance, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol.

How To Use VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Serum:

Apply a few drops of VVBETTER serum or as needed all over the face. Pat for absorption. Follow up with a moisturizer.

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Serum Review:

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Serum comes in easy to dispense dropper packaging. I like the packaging. The dropper collects the serum and dispenses on the hand by pressing the cap. It comes in 30ml packaging, though I usually prefer buying 50ml serums because I like to layer products, so this serum finished sooner than expected.

VVBETTER face serum has a very light gel texture that absorbs instantly into the skin. I think this is less hydrating for very dry skin types like mine, but would be a good choice for normal to oily skin types.

That said, VVBETTER TECA serum is a gentle hyaluronic acid serum that can be used with all kinds of active ingredients and skincare products. It can be used as a daily skincare product, suitable for AM and PM routines and best for spring and summer seasons.

I wear VVBETTER moisture serum under sunscreen because it sits comfortably under it. I also felt that it wears great under makeup, because the very light texture does not hinder makeup application.

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Cream

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Cream

VVBETTER TECA LIFTING MOISTURE CREAM REVIEW

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Cream, 1.69 fl. oz. (50ml), $32 is a highly moisturizing face lifting cream that contains patented centella asiatica complex for skin soothing, regeneration and acne care. It has skin identical ingredients beta glucan, glycerin and hyaluronic acid for intensive moisture care; niacinamide and vitamin C derivative to help in skin brightening and oil balance; and 9 peptides for skin elasticity and wrinkle care.

It comes in tub packaging with a spatula to dispense the cream, and has a shelf life of 12 months.

VVBETTER cream is suitable for all skin types, especially dry and dehydrated.

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Cream Ingredients:

Centella Asiatica Extract, Methylpropanediol, Glycerin, Phenyl Trimethicone, Niacinamide, Dicaprylyl Ether, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate, Isostearyl Alcohol, Butylene Glycol Cocoate, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glyceryl Stearate, Laminaria Japonica Extract, Eclipta Prostrata Leaf Extract, Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Tromethamine, Xanthan Gum, Ethyl Cellulose, Adenosine, Fructooligosaccharide, Beta-Glucan, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Purified Water, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramide NP, Butylene Glycol, Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether, Nonapeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Copper Tripeptide-1, Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Hexapeptide-9, sh-Oligopeptide-1, Fragrance, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol.

How To Use VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Cream:

Apply needed quantity of VVBETTER cream all over the face and neck. Pat for absorption.

VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Cream Review:

I like that VVBETTER TECA Lifting Moisture Cream comes with a spatula, but I prefer tube or bottle packaging as that keeps a product more hygienic.

The VVBETTER cream is rich but has a lightweight, silky texture that glides well. On application it gives extreme hydration and moisture; I do not need to layer it twice. It also gives the Korean glass skin effect many products promise but don't deliver. It gives a beautiful sheen and keeps my skin moisturized the whole day.

The cream has fragrance but it is very mild. I have sensitive skin but it did not give me any issues.

Here comes the tricky part. This cream takes some trial and error to get the desired feel on the face. Because it is quite moisturizing, it can dominate other products worn with it. So whatever you pair it with, less is more.

The cream takes some time to absorb. If you want to put on makeup, wait for a few minutes for it to absorb first.

It is a good hydrating face moisturizer with recovery ingredients, so it performs like a treatment product and can be worn for both AM and PM routines. You can use it over treatment products. It is best worn from Fall to Spring seasons.

It might feel a bit tacky after application, but it goes away. Even if you wear a thick layer at night, the skin does not feel tacky or oily next morning - this is my top winning feature in a skincare product.

I really love its silky application. I usually don't wear makeup so I wear it throughout the day. As for the result, I found it quite high performing. It made my acne disappear in one night. My skin feels great after wearing it. It is one of the best face moisturizer for daily use I have tried. I'm very happy with the VVBETTER moisturizer and this has definitely made it in my future routines. I highly recommend it VVBETTER moisturizer for dry skin to dehydrated skin types.

VVBETTER Firming Eye Cream

 VVBETTER Firming Eye Cream

VVBETTER FIRMING EYE CREAM REVIEW

VVBETTER Firming Eye Cream, 1.01 fl. oz. (30ml), $31 is a highly concentrated, nourishing eye cream enriched with vitamin C for brightening dark circles; camellia sinensis leaf water for anti-inflammatory properties; glycerin and squalane for moisture care; bakuchiol and 8-peptides complex for improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles to give a smooth and firm appearance around the eyes.

It comes in a bottle packaging with a twist cap dispenser, and has a shelf life of 12 months.

VVBETTER eye cream is suitable for all skin types.

VVBETTER Firming Eye Cream Ingredients:

Camellia Sinensis Leaf Water, Glycerin, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/ Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Glyceryl Glucoside, Niacinamide, Panthenol, Phellodendron Amurense Bark Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Extract, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Bisabolol, Vinyl Dimethicone, Water, Behenyl Alcohol, Sorbitan Isostearate, Bakuchiol, Squalane, Carnosine, Tocopherol, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Adenosine, Glucose, Disodium EDTA, Cholesterol, Butylene Glycol, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Dextrin, Ceramide NP, Nonapeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Copper Tripeptide-1, Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Hexapeptide-9, 1,2-Hexanediol, Hydroxyacetophenone, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Limonene, Linalool.

How To Use VVBETTER Firming Eye Cream:

After moisturizing, twist the top of the bottle to dispense a grain amount of VVBETTER eye cream on your fingertip. Apply around the eyes avoiding the lash line. Pat for absorption.

Product description says that because of its lightweight finish, it can be used as target treatment such as laugh lines and other wrinkles, as well as all over the face as the last step of skincare.

VVBETTER Firming Eye Cream Review:

VVBETTER Firming Eye Cream comes in a chunky hard bottle packaging and is travel friendly. A lot of targeted application products are coming in this kind of packaging recently and I like it.

It has a lightweight but rich, non-greasy texture unlike many eye creams. It feels very nourishing and absorbs well. It gives a seamless finish that makes for a perfect base for eye makeup. It makes the makeup stay put and gives it a flawless look.

The only downside of this eye cream is that on application I feel a hint of fragrance especially lavender oil which I don't really like, and it stings my eyes a bit. I feel that absence of these ingredients would make the product even more comfortable for me.

VVBETTER eye cream is suitable for all seasons and in AM and PM routines. Because the product is a multitasker, I use it for target treatment and also as a moisturizer.

I also noticed that it is more effective in providing hydration and firming care than the brightening effect. This is a good eye cream for wrinkles and hydration.

But I enjoyed VVBETTER eye cream over many other thicker and oily ones I have used. I don’t have dark circles so I mainly need hydration and wrinkle care. I found it to be very hydrating! It does not make my eye lids oily even after wearing it the whole day. In fact it makes my skin look very hydrated and firm. I recommend the product for hydration, firming care, and makeup.

VVBETTER samples

VVBETTER FACE MASK AND SAMPLE KIT

VVBETTER kindly gave me a sample pack. The VVBETTER REJUVENATING SQUALANE MASK gave my skin a very plump and glass like appearance. VVBETTER 5.5 SOOTHING CLEANSING FOAM was gentle daily use face wash that didn’t make my skin feel tight and dry. But my favorite from the sample pack was the VVBETTER DAILY AIRFIT SUNSCREEN (SPF 50+ PA++++). I am very selective about sunscreens and am always looking out for best sunscreen options. VVBETTER sunscreen is a very lightweight cream texture that absorbs instantly and calms the skin. I just loved its texture and application, and will definitely buy the full sized product in future.

I highly appreciate VVBETTER for giving me more product options! Thank you, VVBETTER. 💖

  1. I haven't heard of the VVBETTER brand, but I'm definitely intrigued now! It's great that they're vegan and cruelty-free, and the products you tried do sound nice! I'm the most interested in the cleansing oil because even though I don't wear makeup everyday either, it does sound great for cleansing the skin. I'm also interested in the eye cream, but I'm not sure if the lavender would bother me.
